Delivery Information
Delivery Locations-Within India
We currently deliver in India to approximately 5000 locations through Bluedart courier service. In case a location is not covered by Courier service, we send the goods through Indian Speed Post.
We deliver even a Single bottle anywhere in India and without any courier charges!!! We normally despatch order within 2 days from date of order and it can take upto 1-7 Days from the time of pickup to Deliver a consignment, through Courier as per their normal delivery period depending on the delivery address.
You will receive automated sms / email on next day of despatch of parcel with courier docket particulars and Tracking options. There is no pickup or delivery of your order by courier services on Sunday and Holidays.
In case you have a preference of either Bluedart/DTDC/ Speed Post for your area, Pl. send an email immediately to care@reckeweg-india.com with request and referring Order Number.
Speed Post users are requested to please be patient with the deliveries as for remote Locations this is the best option available !

Delivery Locations - Outside India
We now export outside India to select countries only, as per our contractual obligations with Dr.Reckeweg Germany.
Just select your country on the homepage www.reckeweg-india.com and Shipping charges will be automatically calculated. Only products permitted to Export to selected country will be available for purchase Online.
Products are despatched through Indian Speed Post (EMS) and delivery can take 7-21 days from date of despatch. You will receive automated email on next day of despatch of parcel with Docket particulars and Tracking details. Speed Post Tracking details may not be very precise.Pl. write to us at care@reckeweg-india.com for more information or clarification.

Speed Post services are not available to certain countries and in this case we would despatch through Indian Registered Post parcel service. This facility has no tracking option available.
We now accept 'Paypal' - world's prefered payment option for online transactions. Opening an account in Paypal is not required and there is an option to use your Creditcard (Mastercard /Visa) therein.
Important- Incase of parcel being held up at your country's Customs/Drug Department, necessary followup to get it released has to be done by you and we will support you in any documentation requirement that may arise.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
Now you can store any number of Shipping addresses of your friends and relatives and with easy steps order medicine Online for delivery to them anywhere in India without any Courier charges!!! In order to provide good service and timely & efficient deliveries, please give us your correct Pin-code and your correct phone number. If you want to change the shipping address you have specified on placing the order, you can send us an email and we will accommodate the change if the goods have not been despatched from our warehouse.
